Aging Well

Aging Well is a donation-based program that assists older adults by providing access to integrative health and wellness services. Rooted in a holistic view of well-being, the program supports access to complementary modalities such as acupuncture, massage therapy, energy healing, and spiritual counseling.

By bridging the gap between need and access, Aging Well promotes dignity, balance, and quality of life—especially for older adults in underserved or economically vulnerable communities. Healing is approached with compassion and respect for the full spectrum of human experience—body, mind, and spirit.

Services are offered through community-based wellness pop-ups held in familiar, welcoming spaces—such as senior centers and local gatherings—throughout New Hampshire. These gatherings are designed to foster reflection, connection, and purpose in later life.

Your donation helps bring this care to life—for yourself, your loved ones, or for others who might not otherwise have access.

Our Approach

We partner with community-based, integrative health practitioners to host free, ‘Wellness Pop-Ups’ in familiar local spaces—like senior centers and neighborhood businesses. These pop-up events bring body–mind–spirit care directly to older adults, removing access barriers and fostering meaningful support.

Funding is made possible through private donations, corporate sponsors, and foundation grants—ensuring care is provided at no cost to participants.

When you give to UYM Charities, you may choose how your donation is used:

  • To support your own participation in a program,
  • To help make the program accessible to others,
  • Or to be used wherever the need is greatest.

Support Our Mission

Our offerings are sustained by a blend of earned income, grants, and individual donations. Your support directly expands access and impact—underwriting scholarships for those with limited resources, helps us serve communities who might not otherwise participate, and pilot new offerings that respond to emerging needs.
